Event Overview
The Arrowhead Trail Run takes place on April 18, 2026, at Arrowhead Park near Neola, Iowa. It is a trail run with no obstacles. All funds raised are considered donations, with proceeds supporting the Pottawattamie County Trails Association.
Event Distances
Participants can choose from three formats:
- 5K: A single lap on a marked 5-kilometer course.
- 10K: Two laps of the same 5K course.
- 4 Hour Enduro: Participants complete as many laps as possible within a four-hour window.
Course and Scenery
The course runs through Arrowhead Park, offering views of a lake and wooded areas along the trails and park grounds.
Registration and Awards
Registration fees increase monthly from January to April. Medals are awarded to the top ten male and female participants in each event category (5K, 10K, and 4 Hour Enduro). An event T-shirt is available for purchase during registration for $10, with a pre-order deadline in early April.
