About the race
An Asheville Spartan Event Weekend takes place at Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, NC. The lineup includes a Sprint 5K with 20 obstacles, a Super 10K with 25 obstacles, and a Kids Race 1–3 km. The course blends well-trodden horse trails with thigh-burning red clay hills and rushing creek beds, challenging strength, endurance, and agility.
Hosted at a world-class equestrian venue, racers can enjoy nearby lodging, dining, and village entertainment. Expect signature obstacles tailored to the location, such as Atlas carries, A-frame cargo, barbed wire crawl, rope climbs, spear throw, and multi-rig.
