Event overview
The 2026 Boise Spartan Trifecta Weekend takes place Aug 08-09, 2026 at Tom Pence Ranch in Payette, Idaho. The site is in Western Idaho’s high desert on the Snake River Plain, with volcanic soil, steep climbs, and wide-open terrain. The weekend includes multiple race formats, a kids race, and a four-hour Hurricane Heat event. The race festival area includes music and beer gardens.

Distances offered:
- 5 km - 20 obstacles (Sprint)
- 10 km - 25 obstacles (Super)
- 21 km - 30 obstacles (Beast)
- 1-3 km - Kids Race with obstacles
- 4 hr - Hurricane Heat
Obstacles listed for the course include Atlas Carry (100 lb/45 kg stone for men, 75 lb/35 kg for women), A-frame cargo, barbed wire crawl, fire jump, inverted wall, bucket carry, Hercules hoist, multi-rig, rope climb (16 ft / 4.8 m), sandbag carry (60 lb men / 40 lb women), slip wall, spear throw (target 25 ft / 7.6 m), and walls up to 8 feet. What finishers receive and discounts
Sprint finishers receive a 2026 Spartan Sprint finisher medal, a finisher tee, and a Trifecta hex coin piece to combine with Super and Beast coins.
