The YMCA Camp Winona MudFest is an exciting obstacle course race held in De Leon Springs, Florida, featuring a scenic 3-mile course with over 17 challenging obstacles. Participants navigate through beautiful woods and around Lake Winona, tackling obstacles like warped walls, rope climbs, balance beams, mud crawls, and water wading. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, the course offers easy and hard options for most obstacles, allowing participants to choose their challenge or bypass obstacles if desired.
