Colorado Springs Spartan Weekend
The Colorado Springs Spartan Trifecta Weekend takes place May 30–31, 2026 at Fort Carson Army Base in Colorado. The event uses high-elevation terrain at the foot of the Rocky Mountains near Pikes Peak. The course runs at roughly one mile above sea level and features steep climbs, rugged trails, and multiple manmade obstacles.
Events offered include a range of obstacle course races and a kids event. Distances and obstacle counts reported for the main races are:
- Sprint 5 km, 20 obstacles
- Super 10 km, 25 obstacles
- Beast 21 km, 30 obstacles
- Ultra 50 km, 60 obstacles
- Kids Race 1 to 3 km, obstacles included
Spectator access is available. Team entries can be purchased so teammates can secure the same start time. Course maps and on-site logistics are provided by the organizer and noted to be subject to change depending on conditions. The organizer lists discounted registration options for eligible US military, law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, and certain government employees via GOVX.
