Midwest Deka Fit & Ultra

The 2025 Midwest DEKA FIT & Ultra takes place at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This hybrid fitness challenge features a 5K course divided into 10 functional training zones, each preceded by a 500-meter run. The zones progressively increase in difficulty, culminating in full-body demanding exercises in zones 6 through 10.

The event caters to all fitness levels with various heat categories, from Age Group to Elite. Participants can earn finisher medals, tees, and a DEKA FIT Trifecta wedge by completing multiple DEKA events.
