Volunteer shifts may provide a free race credit valid for specified US events, including US DEKA FIT Age Group, Ruck, 2-Person Teams Heat (one team member), US Open Sprint, Super, Beast, City or Stadion, kids races, and 10k / 21k / 50k trail events.
