About the race
The Gold Country Run, held annually in El Dorado Hills, California, features 10K, 5K, and Kids K races starting and finishing at the scenic El Dorado Hills Town Center. Celebrating its 8th edition in 2025, the event highlights the area's beautiful views of the Sacramento Valley and Sierra Nevadas, vibrant shopping, dining, and an active community. The 10K and 5K courses include an initial loop through Town Center followed by an out-and-back segment with a fast finish, appealing to both runners and spectators.
