About the race
Gretna Gritty Fall 2025 is the 12th annual 5k mud run fundraiser held at Gretna Glen Camp & Retreat Center in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The course winds through the rugged Mt. Gretna terrain with 20+ obstacles, offering a challenging, hill-country experience that remains walk-friendly for all fitness levels.
In addition to the main event, a Nitty Gritty kids run (1.3 miles) welcomes younger participants. Runners enjoy lunch, a medal, and a Gretna Gritty t-shirt, with proceeds supporting Gretna Glen’s ministry. Dubbed the Fall Gritty, the day emphasizes balance, brawn, bravery, and fun in a community-driven setting.
