H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash
The H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash is an outdoor event held in Homewood, Illinois, at 2920 West 183rd Street. The course involves navigating obstacles combined with running sections.
The event is offered in two age-based categories.
- Participants aged 6-14 complete 8 obstacles and a 1 mile run. Example obstacles listed are a tire flip, balance beam, spear throw, and stepping stones.
- Participants aged 15 and older complete 16 obstacles and a total distance of 2 miles. Example obstacles include bucket carry, spear throw, and tire flip.
All participants receive a finisher medal and a t-shirt upon completing the course. The event starts in 5-minute waves.
