Event Location and Course
The event takes place at 7iL Ranch in Cat Spring, Texas. The ranch is located approximately one hour west of downtown Houston. The course uses the ranch's terrain, which includes over 40 miles of rolling sandy hill trails, dense forests, and shallow creek crossings. The environment features open pastures, wooded trails, and roaming cattle and horses.
Race Distances and Obstacles
The weekend offers several race distances as part of the Trifecta format:
- Sprint: A 5 km distance with 20 obstacles.
- Super: A 10 km distance with 25 obstacles.
- Beast: A 21 km distance with 30 obstacles.
- Kids Race: A race for children covering 1-3 km with obstacles.
Other Information
A spectator ticket option is available. The event organizes races for teams, which allows participants to start together. A discount is offered for verified US Military personnel, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, First Responders, and certain government employees.
