INDURO Hybrid Race - Fort Wayne
INDURO Hybrid Race #7 takes place on March 28, 2026 at the Indiana Tech Indoor Track in Fort Wayne, IN. This event is presented as the final addition to a seven-race winter hybrid series for 2025/26.
The race alternates repeated track runs with eight infield strength and conditioning stations. The sequence includes nine runs interspersed with sled push, sled pull, ski erg, row erg, sandbag carry, sandbag lunges, burpee broad jumps, and farmers carry. All infield station distances and erg meters are specified in the event sequence.
Distances:
- Short distance : runs are 400 meters with eight infield stations.
- Long distance : runs are 800 meters with eight infield stations.
Four weight levels determine implement loads for sleds, sandbags, lunges, and farmers carries. Level 1 through Level 4 are specified with increasing weights; for example, Level 1 sled push is 155 lb and Level 4 sled push is 425 lb. Entrants may compete individually or as two person teams, with same or mixed gender team options. Waves are organized into morning and afternoon blocks.
The event is professionally chip timed with splits for all 17 segments. Participants receive a race t-shirt and a finisher medal; overall and masters awards are given by gender, distance, weight category, and age divisions. Minimum age is 13 by December 31, 2026.
