Event Information
The INDURO Hybrid Race #5 is a hybrid athletic event taking place at the University of Indianapolis Indoor Track. The event consists of multiple segments interspersed throughout the course.
Course Format
Participants complete nine running segments alternating with eight infield exercise stations. Each running segment is 400 meters long.
The eight infield stations include:
- Sled Push (50 meters)
- Sled Pull (50 meters)
- Ski Erg (1000 meters)
- Row Erg (1000 meters)
- Sandbag Carry (200 meters)
- Sandbag Lunge (100 meters)
- Burpee Broad Jumps (100 meters)
- Farmers Carry (200 meters)
Race Details
The event is USAT sanctioned and will be professionally chip-timed, with splits provided for all 17 segments. Racers can register as individuals or as teams. Teams must complete the course together but may split the workload during infield events.
Participants must be at least 13 years old. Clothing requirements specify that males must wear a bottom and shoes, while females must wear a bottom, a sports top covering the chest, and shoes. Audio devices like headphones are not permitted during the race. Parking is available on-site.
Registration and Logistics
Race day packet pickup and registration begins in the morning. A photo ID is required for packet pickup. Participants receive a race t-shirt, and all finishers receive a medal. Water is available on the track, and post-race drinks, fruit, and snacks are provided at the finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
