Event overview
The Reid Adventure Course will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the IU East cross country course, 2325 Chester Blvd., Richmond, IN 47374. The event benefits the Reid Health Athletic Training program. The program provides athletic trainers to area schools at no cost to the school and focuses on injury prevention, immediate care and emergency response, rehabilitation, and education for student-athletes.
The event is an obstacle course that runs across a 3 mile course with more than a dozen obstacles. Obstacles are self-limiting and can be tackled at each participant's own pace. The course includes elements intended to test strength, agility, and endurance. Participants should expect mud and water on parts of the course.
Participant amenities and fan zone
Participants receive a Reid Adventure Course t-shirt and a finisher medal and are offered post-race snacks. A fan zone will operate alongside the course with sponsor partners and local vendors, snack options including a Kona Ice truck, and activities for spectators. The event lists multiple sponsor tiers, including Trailblazer ($10,000), Pathfinders ($5,000), Challenger ($2,500), Explorer ($1,500), and Victory ($500).
