About the race
The 2025 SLO CAL Spartan Trifecta Weekend takes place at Santa Margarita Ranch in Santa Margarita, California, in San Luis Obispo County. The event offers four distance options: Sprint 5K with 20 obstacles, Super 10K with 25 obstacles, Beast 21K with 30 obstacles, and Ultra 50K with 60 obstacles, plus a Kids Race. Racers dash through vineyard rows and fall-colored landscapes, with stunning views of Los Padres National Forest, wildlife sightings, and a fossilized oyster bed on course.
