South Carolina Spartan Race : Nov 15-16, 2025
The event takes place at Johnson Family Farm in Newberry, South Carolina, over the weekend of November 15-16, 2025. The course features winding wooded trails, creek and wet crossings, red clay underfoot, and sections where footing and traction are difficult. The venue is described as rural with a small-town feel. This event is part of Spartan's Honor Series, which awards an exclusive Honor Series medal to finishers of the Sprint, Super, Beast, and Ultra distances. Finishers also receive distance-specific items such as a Sprint finisher medal and a finisher tee; completing all three main distances in a year awards a Trifecta medal.
