Spartan Sprint in Orlando takes place in Lake Nona at Tavistock Lakes Boulevard. This popular Spartan race offers both a 5K Sprint and a 3K option, typically featuring 20 obstacles across rugged, off-road terrain. Expect classic Spartan challenges like Atlas Carry (a heavy stone), A-Frame Cargo, Barbed Wire Crawl, Fire Jump, Inverted Wall, Multi-Rig, Rope Climb, and Spear Throw, plus bucket and sandbag carries and mud pits.
