Event overview
The SUMMIT VIEW HYROX RACE SIM takes place on April 25, 2026, at Summit View Shelter, 92 Pleasant Breeze Rd., Rocky Mount, VA 24151. The event is organized by Ferguson Fitness and follows the full HYROX Fitness Race format and rules. Medals and shirts are provided to all finishers, and awards are given for top times in each division.
Format and entry
Heats are offered for Individual, Doubles, and Relay team categories. Individual competitors and Doubles teams complete the running and exercise distances of a full HYROX Fitness Race. Individual and Doubles competitors run 1000 m every round. Doubles teams may split the HYROX zones between partners. Relay teams consist of four people; each team member completes two running laps and two of the HYROX zones. Posted entry fees in the source are $25 for Individual heats and $15 for Doubles and Relay heats. Age restrictions on some heats are noted in the event information.
