Event overview
The Terrain Race in Irvine is scheduled for November 21, 2026, at Oak Canyon Park, 5305 Santiago Canyon Rd., Silverado, CA 92676. The event uses a 5K race structure of about three miles with natural terrain and constructed obstacles. Parking at the venue may have a cash-only charge of up to $20.
Distances

Format and participant rules
The 5K course is presented as roughly 3 miles with more than 15 obstacles. Children aged 7-13 may run the 5K only when accompanied by a parent or guardian; solo participation on the 5K requires a minimum age of 14. The Mini Monkey course is for ages 2 to 10; parents may accompany Mini Monkeys at no charge.

Packet pickup is offered the day before the race at Oak Canyon Park; a race-day packet fee applies if pickup is missed. Entry includes a shirt, bib, and finisher medal.
