Tough Mudder Twin Cities takes place June 27 and 28, 2026 at Wild Wings of Oneka, 14733 Irish Avenue North, Hugo, MN 55038. The venue is described as just under an hour from downtown Minneapolis and features tree-lined trails through wooded terrain and muddy sections. The event offers obstacle-course runs over different formats and includes spectator access and group packages.

Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 15K
The 15K course includes 20+ obstacles and the 5K course includes 12+ obstacles. Sample obstacles listed are Pyramid Scheme, Cry Baby, and Funky Monkey. An Infinity option allows participants to run multiple chip-timed laps on the 15K or 5K course. Spectator passes and group packages for teams of 10+ are available.
Finishers receive 2026 finisher medals using the Hex System, a finisher shirt, an orange finisher headband, and a complimentary finisher drink (beer or seltzer). Parking and bag drop can be prepaid during checkout. Volunteers receive a discounted event entry, exclusive swag, and complimentary food.
