West Virginia Spartan Trifecta Weekend
The event takes place at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, West Virginia. The terrain includes steep hills, unpredictable ground, and water features. A notable obstacle is a large suspension bridge offering views of the valley below.
The weekend features multiple obstacle course race distances:
- Sprint: A 5 km course with approximately 20 obstacles, held on August 29 and 30.
- Super: A 10 km course with approximately 25 obstacles, held on August 30.
- Beast: A 21 km course with approximately 30 obstacles, held on August 29.
- Kids Race: A course between 1 km and 3 km with obstacles, held on August 29 and 30.
- Obstacle Workshop: Held on August 28.
Additional offerings include a spectator option and a discount for verified US military, law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, and government employees.
