Foreshore Adventure Run at Pere Marquette Beach is a 5K packed with on course obstacles and both competitive and team friendly adventure options. Proceeds benefit Muskegon Rescue Mission and every runner gets a moisture wicking tee.

Tough Mudder Michigan returns June 13 and 14 near Detroit with 5K, 15K and Infinity obstacle courses perfect for teams and thrill seekers. Brave mud and signature challenges then celebrate at the finish with swag and a cold drink.
