May 2026
Tough Mudder Philly at Plantation Field on May 23, 2026 offers 15K and 5K obstacle courses, an Infinity lap option, and spectator access across rolling hills and muddy terrain. Finishers receive medals, a shirt, a headband, and a finisher drink.
June 2026
A community trail event at Opossum Lake Park offering a 6 mile obstacle course, a 4 mile run, and a 4 mile walk on mixed terrain, with chip timing, age-group awards, and proceeds benefiting the Friends of Opossum Lake Conservancy.
A women only 5K obstacle mud run at Switchback MX in Pittsburgh on June 14, 2026, featuring more than 18 obstacles. Open to women aged 7 and up, participants may run, jog or walk and commonly attend in groups.
July 2026
A weekend of Spartan obstacle races at Blue Mountain in Palmerton, PA featuring a 5 km Sprint, 10 km Super, kids races and an obstacle workshop, set on forested, hilly terrain with chair lift spectator access and summit views.
August 2026
Spartan Stadion in Philadelphia on August 29, 2026 features a stadium obstacle course with a 5 km race and 20 obstacles plus a kids race. The course runs through steep stairs and narrow concourses inside a South Philly sports arena.
September 2026
Muddy Dash in Butler at Switchback MX on September 5, 2026 features mud obstacle courses, a festival area with music and competitions, Value and VIP registration options, packet pickup the day before, and free spectator admission.
An autumn 5K mud run fundraiser at Gretna Glen featuring 20 plus obstacles, competitive chip timing and non competitive waves, plus a separate 1.3 mile kids run for ages 5 to 11. Proceeds support Gretna Glen Camp and its ministry.
IM ABLE Games in Reading, Pennsylvania on September 19, 2026 combines road races at 2, 4 and 8 miles, wheelchair races, the Kaaginator obstacle course, Hot Wing Hustle and a Trifecta event. Wheelchair races have no registration fee.
