The JBLM Down and Dirty Trail Run is a free, approximately 3-mile obstacle course event held at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. Participants navigate various obstacles by going through, over, or under them along the course. The run features staggered wave starts with 25 runners released every five minutes to manage flow.

While no medals are awarded, participants can purchase an optional event T-shirt. Packet pickup occurs the day before and the morning of the race at Soldiers Field House.
