Event
The Abominable Snow Race takes place on January 31, 2026 at Lake Geneva Ziplines & Adventures, N3232 County Road H, Lake Geneva, WI 53147. The event offers multiple obstacle-course options with set obstacle counts and age limits:
- 10K | 25+ Obstacles - Elite/AG (ages 15+)
- 5K | 15+ Obstacles - Fun Run (ages 10+)
- 10K | 25+ Obstacles - Fun Run (ages 10+)
- 20K | 50+ Obstacles - Yeti's Challenge (ages 10+)
- 1/4 - 1/2 Mile | 7+ Obstacles - LiL Yeti's Course (ages 4-11)
The course is designed and built by Race Ready Obstacles.
Logistics and on-site services
VIP parking is available across the street at House of Music for $20 per car - prepay only. Offsite parking is at Hawks View Golf Course, about 2 miles from the venue - $10 per car, pay onsite, with a bus shuttle to House of Music. A free bag drop area is provided; use is at participants' own risk. Changing tents (male and female) and porta-potties will be on-site. Hawks View has indoor bathrooms; House of Music has outdoor porta-potties.
Amenities, swag, and awards
All racers receive a finisher shirt and finisher medal. 20K runners receive three medals (two ASR finisher medals plus a Yeti Nation medal). Each racer receives a ticket for a free craft beer or NA beer (21+), or hot chocolate. Food and drink vendors include a taco truck, craft brews, NA craft brew, hot chocolate, seltzers, and wine; most accept cash or card. The festival area is outdoors with fire pits, seating, photos, games, music, food truck, craft beer, and vendors. Elite/AG overall top three male and female receive cash prizes and a podium flag; age-group finishers receive podium flags. Training guides and videos are available from the race.
