2026 Charlotte Spartan Event Weekend
The Charlotte Spartan Event Weekend takes place at Porter Farms in Concord, North Carolina. This venue is a working farm located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Concord and a short distance from Charlotte. The course features raw and rugged terrain consisting of rolling trails, woods, and wide-open pastureland.
Participants encounter varied natural features including thick mud, creek beds, and flowing water crossings. While the landscape lacks long climbs, it provides technical variety through uneven ground and natural obstacles. The following race distances and events are available during the weekend:
- Sprint 5K: A 5 km course featuring 20 obstacles.
- Super 10K: A 10 km distance with 25 obstacles.
- Kids Race: Distances ranging from 1-3 km including obstacles.
- Hurricane Heat: Endurance events offered in 4-hour and 12-hour formats.
- Obstacle Workshop: A session focused on obstacle techniques.
