The event takes place at Porter Farms in Concord, North Carolina (7600 Miami Church Rd.). The course is a few miles long and includes about a dozen obstacles called "Muddy Moments." Mud pits are described as no deeper than waist-deep. The event is not timed or competitive and allows costumes. A festival area at the venue will feature music, on-site competitions, and merchandise after the course.
Registration, packet and on-site services
Two registration tiers are offered. The Value registration includes a race bib, finisher medal, post-race festival access, and access to the course. The VIP registration includes those items plus VIP check-in, an event t-shirt, towel, drawstring bag, socks, and a silicone wristband. Packet pick up is scheduled at Porter Farms on July 17 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; race-day packet pick up is available for a fee per packet if needed. There may be a cash-only parking charge of up to $20 collected by the venue. Bag check is available on site for a fee. Team registration is supported and places team members into the same wave; early waves fill quickly. Spectator admission is free.
