HOLIDAY HYROX RACE SIM : overview
The HOLIDAY HYROX RACE SIM is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Roanoke, VA. The event is a holiday-themed HYROX race simulation held indoors at a downtown fitness studio. Entry for each heat is listed at $40 and the event is open to participants aged 18 to 88.
Format and location

Teams share the 40 minute simulation time and may divide work and reps between partners, but only one person competes at a time.
