Sample obstacles and course features include Atlas Carry (100 lb/45 kg stone for men; 75 lb/35 kg for women), A-Frame Cargo, Barbed Wire Crawl, Fire Jump, Inverted Wall, Bucket Carry, Hercules Hoist, Multi-Rig, Rope Climb (16 ft / 4.8 m with a bell), Sandbag Carry (60 lb for men / 40 lb for women), Slip Wall, Spear Throw (target at 25 ft / 7.6 m), and various walls up to 8 feet high. The event also includes additional location-specific obstacles.
Finisher items and event services
