Event overview
Tough Mudder Austin takes place on February 28, 2026 at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet, Texas. The course uses the ranch terrain and offers scenic views. Event offerings include competitive and noncompetitive formats, group packages for teams of 10 or more, and spectator access to a Mudder Village festival with spectator routes, live entertainment, and food. Named obstacles on the course include Everest (a greased 13 ft quarterpipe), Arctic Enema (a 34 degree ice pit), and Pyramid Scheme (a slick 15 ft wall). Finisher items for 2026 include medals, a finisher shirt, a finisher headband, and a complimentary finisher drink (beer or seltzer).
