The YMCA Camp Winona MudFest is an exciting obstacle course race held in De Leon Springs, Florida, featuring a scenic 3-mile course with over 17 challenging obstacles. Participants navigate through beautiful woods and around Lake Winona, tackling obstacles like warped walls, rope climbs, balance beams, mud crawls, and water wading. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, the course offers easy and hard options for many obstacles, allowing participants to choose their challenge or bypass obstacles if desired.

OCR OVERLOAD is an obstacle course race held in Gainesville, Florida, featuring a challenging 4.3-mile course with over 23 obstacles, including a notable 140-foot finisher rig. The terrain includes mud holes, swamps, muddy streams, rolling pine forests, and fields with natural elements like cow patties, offering a rugged and fun experience for participants. The event includes multiple divisions such as Elite and Open waves, a 50-yard timed OCR Ninja run, and a 5-mile trail run through wooded areas with water stops.
