The H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash is an exciting outdoor event designed for participants of all ages, taking place in Homewood, IL. The course features two categories: younger participants aged 6-14 will tackle 8 obstacles over a 1-mile run, while those aged 15 and older will face 16 obstacles across a 2-mile course. Obstacles include activities like sandbag carries, balance beams, and tire flips, promoting fitness and fun. Finisher medals are awarded to all who complete the course.
