Mud & Obstacle runs nearby

The Mudder's Day Madness Mud Run is an annual 5K obstacle race held at Montvale, Tennessee, typically the day before Mother's Day. Now in its 14th year, the event features over twenty challenging obstacles including Adversity Hill, Tire Traverse, A-Frame Climb, and a refreshing lake dip. The course runs along marked rolling trails, offering a fun and adventurous atmosphere for runners aged 8 and up, who can compete individually or in teams.

A new Fun Run for children 4 and older covers over a mile with several obstacles. Participants enjoy music, vendors, refreshments, and scenic views. Proceeds support therapeutic programs at Camp Montvale.
