A 5K trail and obstacle run on the 400 acre Gaylord Specialty Healthcare campus in Wallingford CT, featuring 24 natural and manmade obstacles and a Festival Area. Proceeds support the Gaylord Sports Association for adaptive sports and recreation.
September 2026
Get sandy and wet at the Sterling Down and Dirty 5k. This annual September obstacle race on Stratford Short Beach features over 18 fun challenges for all fitness levels. All proceeds support the Sterling Community Center's local programs.
