Manion WOD - Cumberland

F.I.T. the Challenge OCR is an exciting obstacle course race taking place in Cumberland, Rhode Island. The event features a 3.2-mile course with 1,000 feet of elevation gain, incorporating innovative obstacles designed to challenge participants of all skill levels.
