MKK's Rugged Race

MKK's Rugged Race, held annually at Diamond Lake Resort in Owensboro, Kentucky, is a challenging 5K obstacle course featuring 28 obstacles such as water crossings, barbed wire crawls, rope climbs, and mud. The event offers multiple race categories: Elite Rugged for serious athletes aged 15 and older, Ultimate Rugged for individuals and teams aged 12 and up, and two youth divisions—Rugged Kids (ages 8-11) and Rugged Rascals (ages 4-7). All participants receive a finisher’s medal and t-shirt, with additional awards for top finishers and teams.
